one website is spawning literally hundreds of perl requests per second that are rapidly killing right after starting but abusing the cpu madly and also confusing IIS, it could be some sort of attack we are working to stop the site causing this and get it back in order ASAP.

Fixed now, we are still checking what the abuse exactly was caused by but the abuse is over and not able to continue now.
