I updated my ticket yesterday and I have not received an answer again. I suspect that *one* of these three options is true:
1) You do not care to answer
2) It is something very difficult for you to solve and you are taking your time
3) Your ticket system is not working properly
I prefer to believe that option 3) is what is happening here, so please review your system and answer my ticket
Now thats funny - cos I had the same problem with a ticket yesterday - didn't get any reply via email though the query/action request WAS dealt with OK
If you are not getting a response to the ticket via email, check the status in the helpdesk. It is highly unusual for a ticket to go unanswered for as long as 4 hours as most of you know.
I have not seen issues with ticket email receipts but I'm checking it out too
