SSL installation, unanswered support!!!!!

Since ticket doesn't seem to work, I hope an admin can see this post.

I am still waiting for someone to install my intermediate certificate and issued certificate that I sent via the ticket #35653. Its been several days now after 3 replies, I still haven't got a reply yet!!! I was told not to open another ticket to ask for support on a similar problem, but replying to ticket doesn't seem to get your attention at all.

Please help me now as you are delaying my business website launch as I cannot do any business without SSL installed properly!

Please check on the ticket again. The installed SSL doesn't seem to work at all. I'm getting the "Connection to www.mobile-empire.com.au has terminated unexpectedly. Some data may have been transferred". This error occurs in Netscape and Firework only, for IE, it just give me page does not found error.

Tried https://mobile-empire.com.au as well but doesn't work too. Can you please check on this ASAP? Thank you.

Hi,

Kindly check, we have enabled the hsphere SSL for your site and it is working fine.

There is some problem with the certificate you have uploaded,Kindly upload the cerificate and provide us the complete path so thatwe can install and fix the problem.

And please open a ticket after uploading your dedicated ssl certificate.
