I just signed up a friend for a shared hosting account, and received a call from Jodohost sales support, to verify my c/card details etc.
The call was very polite and easy, though the phone line quality was very poor/crackly.
The problem I see is that, for us in places like Australia, UK and US, we get a *lot* of bogus calls from India - scams and the like. So it was actually pure luck that I didn't hang up as soon as I heard his speak (no offence, it's just the way it is).
My suggestion is to notify new users that they will receive a phone call from JodoHost, which may be an overseas call. That way, you won't get people like me hanging up on you by mistake.
I didn't actually realise there would be a phone call, I thought it would all be via email as these things usually are.
Just my 2c, after nearly hanging up on the poor guy before I realised what it was about.
