Mail3 - spam list

Any ideas on the response below?

70.84.124.116 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550-mail3.m****here.biz [204.14.107.174]:59143 is currently not permitted to
550-relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap
550-server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on
550 in your email client.
Giving up on 70.84.124.116.

I have sent to this address before all OK (since last July) and have made no changes to outlook etc - but everything bounces when sent to this one address - soooo is mail3 on a spamcop list or something?

Ok - so have you any ideas at all? Its a good prospective client and I can't reply to their emails

DO you have SMTP Auth turned on?

Yep as below:

From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
Select the "Mail" tab.
Select the account labeled "sales"
Select the "Servers" tab.
Check the box next to "My Server Requires Authentication."
Click "OK."

Still bounces ;(
