OK, was your ticket submitted via Cerberus and did you get a ticket confirmation? I am surprised it has been unanswered for 12 hours. Must have been overlooked
Yash yes it was done through Cerberus Help Desk. It was replied to twice and then I replied back both times.
I replied to the last reply but somehow that did not get posted so I replied again today and its been 10 hours since I posted todays and still no reply. And if you include the other one its been since yesterday.
Anyway one of your tech is aware of the tt and is looking into this.
