win6 site up and down and webmail issue

site on win 6 cl2 is also showing the same behaviour site not loading then connection reset server error in firefox customer also mentioned email was down. site has come back up again but for how long???

I can login via outlook but webmail gives failed login 66.232.25.28

Can you tell me ping results of mail4.g********.com from your end?
