WinVPS7 emergency reboot - complete

I am having to reboot WinVPS7 on an urgent basis, the virtuozzo service has hung and caused the VPSes to stop responding. I am very sorry that there is not notice given, this was not scheduled.

All but 3 VPSes are back up now, and they are still launching, all should be back 100% in the next 5 minutes.

All up.

There was an issue with an IP address not pinging and restarted a service, it hung up and then made the VPS servers uncontrollable and then the VPS IPs on others stopped pinging as well. After the reboot all is working properly, including the one I had been working to resolve.
