Why is the bandwidth throttled so severely on my Windows hosted domain?
I understand the need to restrict some bandwidth, but a 30 MB file taking 1h 50m to download is ridiculous.
This is from both my office and my home on different networks. Home is on Verizon FIOS 25/5 and work is on a different provider but also with a substantial connection to the internet. Speedtest.net shows > 20mb speed between Dallas and Temple, as well as Dallas and Houston from my home, and > 30mb download speeds from my office.
So again, why is my Windows based hosting so slow?
I don't recall performance/throughput being this limited prior to the data center relocation.
[EDIT]
Upload speeds TO the server seem fine. It's just downloads FROM the server that seem to be VERY slow. Here's a shot of a ~96mb file download.
