Apache is up now after at least resolving the part that was hanging startup.

It is experiencing high load and being traced, but is up.

We have found a domain which badly abuses the server and taking high resource usage due to which it regularly effect the stability of server.

Issue has been taken care now, load is normal and all websites running fluently. We are still monitoring it.
 
We had to shut off one client's website which using entire CPU usage of server and making it unstable. Server is running much better then before, with normal load and all service working fine on it.

However, we are still monitoring it and under observation. Please report any issues through support ticket.
