If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if some server problems occurs on friday it won't be fixed till Monday?
That is a BIG NO. We have a 24x7 monitoring contract with our datacenter. If any downtime occurs on our servers, it is dealt with immediately by them. Also, our office in New Delhi is opened 7 days a week. Our visiting days/timings are however restricted from Monday to Saturday and between 10AM to 7PM. Only during those times we have an authorized sales representative sitting.
