Routing issue on one small IP range

One small range of IPs is having routing problems (204.10.104.128/25 ) and we are currently checking and working on it with upstream providers. Also this is a very limited range and only a small percentage of all IPs, there is not an widespread issue and it is isolated only to this small range of IPs(128IPs only)

This issue was caused by a change by the upstream trying to prevent a DDOS attack matter that has been causing problems on a minor scale for the last 2 weeks.
The change was made without us being aware, and in turn it took this IP range down, the route advertisement has been fixed now and it has resolved the matter, in the future we have asked them to make us aware when they go to filter such ranges for ddos protection.
