Pointing Domain to VPS

Hello, I just registered with Jodo today and was wondering how to go about in pointing a domain name I have registered with another hosting site (1and1) to my VPS account.

In my 1and1 control panel, I've pointed the domain to ns4.jodoshared.com
ns3.jodoshared.com

However, it's been many hours now, 1and1 says the domain is ready, but I still cant seem to connect to Jodo. The IP that was supplied in the Email from Jodo doesnt seem to respond also.

Any help is appreciated.

Being that you are on VPS, you need to set the domain record direct to the IP.

If the IP is not responding send a ticket, this happens sometimes as it gets the default gateway from the host server, and the IP assigned to your account has a different IP.
DNS can take 24-48 hours to propagate as well.
