lost emails

Hi. we made a domain transfer of one of our accounts: aloepuro.com the domain is already transfered to another server, but one of our clients that had the email "jose@aloepuro.com" can't view his emails because off course the domain has been transfered. We tried going to the temporary domain : mail.d498540.p46.pymeactiva.com but it is not working. Is there any way he can get into those emails so he doesn't loose all the info?

Sorry, those emails can't be recovered, since they were not delivered to any mail box. Because domain was transferred from one server to another.
