Is anyone experiencing problems with Shared SSL?

Hi,

Since the recent outage, we seem to be having problems with Shared SSL. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I submitted a ticket for this, but there's still been no resolution... i have a site that's losing a lot of money because of this.

I wish jodohost would have informed me about it earlier...
 
Just disable and enable it. Or give me the ticket number and i will get it done right away.

We sent out an email to all our customers warning about issues with Shared SSL as part our Win2 communication. We asked customers to simply turn off & on shared SSL if it was not working.

The very nature of Shared SSL in H-Sphere makes it problematic to restore and sometimes customers need to manually reset it as indicated in the email.
 
I did try that and it didn't help. It is working now though.

By the way, i started a thread last night regarding this, and it was just deleted with no response.

i thought that jodohost was one of the companies i could trust not to just delete posts to cover their name...
 
I deleted that thread because you had posted the exact same thing in both places. If you want me to resurrect that thread, I can do that but then it becomes difficult for me to follow 2 separate threads on the same issue and answer both of them.
 
I only started that thread because i was getting no response elsewhere... needless to say i'm glad that SSL is working again, i just wish i'd have known that it was down since you lost Win2.
 
Once again KCWebMonkey, we had informed customers about potential Win2 Shared SSL problems after the restore, in an email we sent out after the restoration
