DNSBL Blacklist

A quick check with mxtools (mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx) shows me that the good folks over at TQMcube (removals.tqmcube.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=1) still have a large swath of jodohost IP's blacklisted (including my mail servers). I tried submitting a removal ticket with them a while back, but it accomplished nothing.

Anything Jodohost can do to get these guys to either pinpoint the IPs they think are behaving badly instead of simply blacklisting the whole network segment?

It is not our subnet, but the parent subnet they have blocked. Their first level support says contact the site owner via the contact form on website. Done multiple times by us and upstream for no response. I've not really seen bounces because of this BL.
