I think there is a problem with the control panel.
I attempted to add a mailing list and got the following error:
Unknown template : 'submit/email/create_mlist.sbm'
I tried to to submit a ticket about it and I got this error:
Unknown template : 'submit/tt/new_tt_save.sbm'
