The site came back.... but the helpdesk? Why is there no helpdesk? I see earlier postss on this as well.

Our sites on web3.jodoshared.com are all down At the same time, the helpdesk is down! I telephone only to be told that I have to send an email to cusmer support. What is going on?

Regarding the notice that we have just received about control panel maintenance: http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=8410 Could I just suggest that you chaps have staff monitoring and checking this throughout? Psoft did a similar job yesterday at one of our other hosts...
