Actually, the php regular mail() function worked only a few weeks ago........but apparently no longer does..........EMails never arrive.......and there is no indication of an error....... z

Thanks Stephen........but the regular php mail used to work.......I'm only sending emails from/to the same domain. Now it mails with no errors, but the emails never arrive......Has something changed so we can no longer use that, and need to use PHP Mailer instead?.........z

Anybody how to do this? Using the regular php mail() function. This used to work if you were just emailing to your own domain.....z

Solved: not an IMAP4 mail server I found the problem. It was Avast anti virus. Somehow the Mail Shield got reenabled. When I disabled it, the problem went away. Could you change the Topic to 'Solved: not an imap4 server' .......Thx, z PS. Note to Self: GOOGLE problems FIRST z
