When I try to create an account with a dedicated IP, this message comes up. Failed to add Account xxxxxx There is no dedicated IP available. Please contact your administrator. Any ideas when they are going to be available. Thanks

Well actually, that's what I meant. Having 15 accounts in total, one is my hosting company account and the rest are reseller accounts that I may sell. That's what I understand from the specifications stated in the plan. Regarding this It adds up to 16 accounts, sorry for the mistake. :)

So, lets say I want to give some of my customers an option to become a reseller for my "hosting company"; I can have 15 resellers for the value hosting and also I have unlimited customers with shared hosting service.

In H-Sphere under Info/Plans, my "Administrative account" doesn't come up with any details where as "TechSupport Admin" which I've created has all the details e.g. Signup Access, Advanced and Action. Is this related to IP's we are waiting? Thanks
