I just let my users download the files from the link I provided above, is that a POST request? If I remember correctly, before (a few months back) I could get at least 20 kb/s so everything has slowed down by half.

I'm getting 12 KB/Sec on the 4.9 MB file now which is quite slow but at least I don't get the "The connection with the server was reset" anymore. Is there a better way to test the download rate?

Hi I noticed recently that my Web site on Win2 is responding slowly. For example the pages load very slowly, my basic ASP .NET scripts run at a snails pace, and downloading files can take several minutes. Everything was quite fast before. Has anyone else noticed? Gavin
