We have stopped mail replay servers. So you can turn off relay option under hsphere control panel for domains.

Mail4 SMTP timeout issue has been fixed and mail4 server is working fine. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. This was caused by the RBL at ORDB not working properly.

Mail4 smtp timing out frequently at the moment. We are looking into it.
