Because ns1 and ns2 seems to be full, JH has enabled 2 new ns (3 and 4). New domain are allocated to ns3 and ns4, and you need to point your domains to this ns like is inidicated in your CP

you can test it yourself, changing some html on aspx page, and refresh it. if change isn't on screen, caching is working :)
