After having this problems with the dns, now if you go to the cpanel for email ex: mail.lupeposse.com and click on one of the options they are not working for non of our accounts. My clients are going crazy with us. forst we had their site down for one day and now this.. please can you FIX IT...

Ive noticed about the change but im a little lost here. I tried to access my CP but it give me a DNS error (like all my domains) wich I understand why. But now I need to know what and where to do to apply the new ip. Thanks in advance, Ignacio.

once you login in the cpanel "SQWebMail" they aren't able to see the emails they have in the folders "inbox" etc. "Horde" cpanel seems to be working ok but they like using the other onem and also I want to know what is the problem.

one of my clients: lupeposse.com is having email problems. they go to the cpanel mail.lupeposse.com and use :SQWebMail - mail client and they can send emails but can't see the emails they have in the folders.. I tried using "Horde - mail client" and it seems to work ok. but I need this fixed...

we didn't do anything on this site that may have altered or created the problem.. no changes what so ever on anything.

The domain has nothing to do with it, it is perfectly setup. we also have another domain for is www.naturaloe.com.ar and it is not working too. So explain why is this happening and why with this particular site. When will the site be available again? I need ti send answers to my customer ASAP !

I TRIED EVERYTHING..first only mailbox and forward at the same time, then just add a mailbox and same problem. Anyway I can easily add on my other accounts like I always do, but on bairesdesignstudio.com it is just not working for me.
