I suggest you keep buffering turned on, and flush it at useful points in your code (page building wise).

Hmm, that IP is unreachable from here as well.

    Transferring to Jodo

The worst sites to migrate like that are dynamic sites driven by Access databases :( If a site is using MySQL or SQL Server (etc), you can usually modify some configuration file so both mirrored sites use the same database. One of the sites will probably run a little slower than usual, but...

    Website Down....

Win5 was indeed refusing connection for a minute, but it's already back to normal. Directory listing denied means a default index page wasn't found. Have you checked the setting on the "Directory Indexes" option under "Web options" in your control panel?

The entire image should be a link, imo ;) Also, in Firefox the background image of the inline frame scrolls together with the text, which looks kinda ugly. I think the left 3 navigation buttons are somewhat hard to read. Also I think the the links on the actual content pages are somewhat...

MOH:AA (Medal Of Honor : Allied Assault)

It doesn't look like there is a Linux version of the dedicated server software, so that rules out it being run on a VPS account. I doubt he was expecting to pay for a Windows dedicated server, so that would be a no. I used to run a Neverwinter Nights dedicated server on a VPS account for a...

    ftpd & sshd?

Hard to say.. it depends a little on what they actually mean by 'requiring' them. If they mean you need FTP access to the linux account, then ftpd would be covered. If it somehow needs to do something to the ftp server's configuration, then no. Linux shared hosting doesn't give you SSH...

Settang up own imap webmail client

That IP doesn't look right.. You probably added a custom A record at some point, to point to the mailserver? It should be 204.14.107.1 (assuming your mail is on the first mailserver)

Then I suggest you talk to someone at godaddy that has at least a little clue on what he's talking about :O

    Dns Problems

I don't see a screenshot, but it's possible. But then you need to contact godaddy.com and get them to fix it. Like I said, it's been known to happen that changes you make at your registrar don't propagate to the root servers. That makes it an issue with your registrar.

    Dns Problems

In fact, the IP for NS1 is also incorrect. I'm not sure where dnsstuff gets the right IP from: Relisol, you really need to update the "glue" IP information for rebellionmusic.com's nameservers. If you did that, you need to contact GoDaddy.com and ask them why your changes aren't propagating...

    htaccess dll on windows

I don't think the Windows ASAPI implementation supports that actually. It only supports password protection, as far as I know.
