I am also getting the same errors every so often. Also i have 2 other customers that has said they also get errors when they download there emails. Ive always put it down to congestion on the Internet or a glitch in the system usually if i click send & receive a couple of times or try later on...

I know password protecting folders in hphere is possiable but does it work with windows servers, i cant get it to work. I am trying to password protect access to the weberlizer stats folder and setting up a members only section any help would be great.... ;)

Yes all sorted sorry should of posted back. The problem accrued when the server was reset cant remember the reason that the support staff gave. But once reported it was put right within half an hour or so... :D

I think i sorted it ! outlook was set to use the same settings as the incomming server so ive clicked on the other box thats says logon using : it has the 2 input boxes for user name & password. now its working again not sure why?

yep i enabled that a few days ago sortd it out when i got the email.
