Hello people, I have never worked with PHP Nuke but a client is facing this problem. It looks to me as if he has the wrong settings for his MySql DB. Perhaps he has it set for "localhost" and should have it set for "mysqlX.xxxx.com" Is that it? And if yes, where on Nuke does he change...

The one below, shows details for a sub-domain, and since I cannot see Mail Services there... Did you check if the main domain has Mail Services enabled? Because if it's not enabled on the main, I guess you couldnt have it for the sub-domain.

first, go over the plan details by clicking Edit, next to the plan. Make sure Mail Resources are enabled there. second, enter your cp and click over your domain name (its hilighted in blue) In this place you should see "Mail Resource". Make sure it's "On". third, go there and try again :D .

They are not the same thing. Hard Limits and Cp limits. The hard limit, is what it says. The warnings and its behaviour, is how you deal with the limits set on the clients cp.
