    The one below, shows details for a sub-domain, and since I cannot see Mail Services there... Did you check if the main domain has Mail Services enabled? Because if it's not enabled on the main, I guess you couldnt have it for the sub-domain.

    first, go over the plan details by clicking Edit, next to the plan. Make sure Mail Resources are enabled there. second, enter your cp and click over your domain name (its hilighted in blue) In this place you should see "Mail Resource". Make sure it's "On". third, go there and try again :D .

    very annoying :O Doesnt matter which format I use, it works right when sending the message to outside Networks...but if I try to send to a mail box here... either does not come...or it takes several hours (around 6 or 7 hours delay). Now, what can I say...? Please, could anybody try to...

    They are not the same thing. Hard Limits and Cp limits. The hard limit, is what it says. The warnings and its behaviour, is how you deal with the limits set on the clients cp.

    You can also choose what happens. Including the percentual amount of overage. Ex1: if it reaches 100% of the resource, it will suspend the account/OR, it will send a warning. Ex2: if it reaches 80% of the resource, it will send a warning, AND it will suspend the account when it reaches...
