Most likely. They always seem to be on top of problems nowadays. Shame these problems arise in the first place though. No matter how 'short', outages cost my clients dearly, and sometimes cost me clients. Having said that, Jodo have given some pretty damn good service over recent months...

I thought the flash content you had before was very professional - how flash should be used - ie - subtle, and the overall design is what kept me interested enough to browse when I first hit Jodo. Having said that, I think you are absolutely spot on in trying to put more emphasis on customer...

sorry to keep harping on this, but i've got some irritated customers who can't understand why something so small can't be fixed - especially since this is running into weeks... and frankly, neither can i. what's the problem?

I occassionally get this error too on sites I host with JH. I did just a few minutes ago. Then when you refresh it goes away... what causes this? why is it still happening?

In addition to mail forwarding not working, I'm getting a 'description: The transport failed to connect to the server. ' error message using a basic asp formmail script. very frustrating since this problem may be hours/days old and I've only just realized.

Is this problem resolved? I ask since it doesn't seem to be from here...

seems win5 is doing so well, we haven't had any recently! (touchwood). Yash - if this would be easy, PLEASE do it though - it's amazing how such a small detail irritates people, but it most definately does. And I get the flack. 8o
