I had the exact same error last week, and support indicated the problem was an incorrect IP cached for my mail server. CDOSYS worked on one of my domains, but not the second one I'd set up. Might need to open a support ticket for it.

Enabled logging and tried to send mail from the site again. No error reported in the logs, but no mail either. I'm stumped. Suggestions?

No errors at all reported from the ASP page. Is there somewhere I can go view raw logs from IIS to see if anything is reported at that level?
