Ticket BRY-18177-530 This website is running the exact same code as my two other portal sites. Both of those domains/sites had to have their SPF records "fixed" because of something to do with how HSphere messes them up. Both of those domains/websites can send outbound email but the new one...

Disregard. Things seem to be working. However, I'm not thrilled about having to use YET ANOTHER 3rd party tool to connect to the SQL server/database when I already have SQL Management Studio.

Shortly after I posted this I received a response to the ticket, but there are still issues. I can't see the database with either of the SQL logins I created. I've responded to the ticket and hope to get a response/resolution soon. Thanks Stephen!

Submitted a ticket for a database backup/restore this morning but haven't heard anything on it. Email stated "Expected Response Time: 1 hour(s)". Ticket: ELZ-93537-409 Any idea when I can expect a response and action? Not an emergency, but I'd like to get a new site online today, and can't...

Are there similar issues again this morning? Anything that relies on SQL connectivity is extremely slow again.

Back to being terribly slow again. Perhaps that other DB is being abused again?

The sites/portal apps I have running on CL2-WIN1, connected to JLLC-CL2MSSQL1 seem to be running very poorly today. Anything going on that we need to know about?

Turns out I forgot to renew that particular domain with the registrar. It expired yesterday. My bad. All is well now that it's been renewed. :D

Seeing ...bounce messages when trying to send email TO addresses on one of my domains with email hosted on mail1. Didn't see any notifications of outages, so thought I'd post here. What's up?

Well, seems this is an issue again. Pages NOT connected to the MSSQL database load fine (even PHP pages that get their data from MySQL load quickly). Both of my main domains that connect to MSSQL either won't load (just set there in a "busy" state), or load so slowly it's not worth the wait...

Horde mail is just extremely slow. It eventually loads up (which is better than yesterday), just very slowly.

Seems mail1 is having issues today with horde web mail. Any word on that?

I want YOUR job! =) All's been fine since that db/user was taken offline permanently. Hate to see anyone get banned/TOS'd out, but dang...don't abuse the systems and everyone will be happy. All is well with the world at the moment, so go back to sleep. :tongue:

Well I guess there was. From the latest ticket response: Pretty disappointed with your response Stephen. /shrug Wasn't related to MY database at all. Someone else was abusing the server, as clearly indicated in both ticket responses.

From the ticket: Well, it's happening again. Both domains that connect to the MSSQL server are either VERY slow to load, or time out completely. Please get this resolved.

#IJO-97242-693 Can someone alert Stephen to the problem please. Your request to "provide the URL to the site with the problem" was ridiculous considering I listed it in the ticket, simply minus the "http://" Is this what support has come to around here? All of my domains connected to...

It's been a while since I've had to open a ticket, so which system should I use. I only ask because the last time I did, Stephen asked me to enter it into a new system ya'll were trying out. URL?
