Any site that will use CF has to be communicated to jodohost so it can be moved to the right server. I'm not sure if that is documented anywhere (besides these forums) but it should be. Turning off CF 'should' fix your main site for now unless activating CF threw it for a loop. But again...

Are you using CF? I had the same problem. If you have CF turned on for your hosting site, you need to be moved to win2.

http://www.soundservers.com throws 500 Server Error. http://dev.soundservers.com is just fine. cp, webshell, all work fine but www hasn't worked since I signed up for the reseller account. I submitted a ticket the other morning but no response. My reseller account is under soundservers.
