I have a site for a monthly magazine which udpates online and their texts are about 7500 chars in average and never encountered any problem. Are you sure it is the textarea and not the db? There might be a limitation in the db.
One of my clients might need to use his own name servers (just for a domain, not to resell). Is this possible? I think he could create his ns1.hisdomain.com with the IP of my ns3. and ns2.hisdomain.com with the IP of my ns4. Would this work?

Hm, it seems that you have forgot the MySQL Servers. Also, I wonder if is possible to get them per server base (for instance, I only need Win 10, MS SQL5 and MySQL3 :))
Does anybody experience that? I have checked for 3 sites I have and all ASP session expires very soon, 1 minute maximum. I have checked on 3 different computers, just to be sure it's not something local.

So I should consider Subspace answer as correct? The mail servers would work only for incoming, but no outgoing?
I understand that the incoming mails would be caught by one of the other mail servers. What would hapend with the outgoing? Should I tell my clients to refrain from sending mails during the outage?
I ask this because for me it's the worst timing, as it would be somewhere between 9-11 where...
