If you check forward without discard, a copy is saved in the email account and one is forwarded. The account will fill up if the user doesn't download or delete their messages. When it reaches quota, messages will bounce back to the sender and won't be forwarded.

Tech support answered my question. I didn't have MySQL enabled for the hosting plan. Once I did that, the MySQL Databases icon appeared in the account manager.

I use a program called Mailer Pro to send email campaigns to groups of email addresses. This program worked at a previous host (Reseller Center) without problems. I've now moved to Jodo Host but when I try to use this program I get spam detection errors and messages are not sent. Does anyone...

It's probably not a bad idea to download them daily. It's just the way it was setup years ago. I use ws_ftp pro to download log files. I'll have to see if I can just download files that have changed, which is also not a bad idea. Thanks.
