when you click the link to log into a client's account/cp from the administrative control panel, what user are you logging in as? the client, or the admin?

afaict, vps server have a bare minimum installed when you first set them up. did my first today. there wasn't even an ftp server. redhat :(

ps the live chat has nothing to do with my ticket, except that i can't use the live chat. was very interesting seeing support.jodohost.com resolve to my / homepage right before the cp went out again.
