Hello, Any timeframe on when you plan to upgrade Cluster One to HSphere 3.x? Looks like you have had to reboot the control panel a number of times in the last month.

What is the estimated schedule for updating your older resellers control panel to version 3.x? It has been over a year since your firm has installed an update on the control panels for older customers. The version we are using 2.4.3 Patch 11 is no longer even listed on PSoft.

I am confused as to why I pay for anonymous support when everytime a customer writes a question, especially on the weekend, one of your representatives emails me and tells me I need to respond to the customer. If it was a billing question I would understand, but usually it is a procedural...

Why can't a reseller access a suspended customer's control panel? I understand not letting a customer that is behind in paying, but the reseller should be able to update wrong email addresses, etc.
