Could someone clarify this for me: If I want anon support, must I pay $0.50 for ALL my domains, or can I just request it for 1 or 2 specific clients, and pay only for those ones?

I have a modified forum that sends out digests every night. Digest compilation and sending is handled by a Cron script. Is this something you can support? Also, the script will be sending out emails to about 1500 registered users within a short period - is this going to cause any problems...
