IP migration completed, however some control panel URLs may take some time to resolve.

The bug affected the migration process again, and we are unfortunately on third run of the migration process. We are going to try redo this, and manually this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused.

We have run into a problem and had to restart the process from an early stage. Due to this revised ETA now is 5 hours.

Control panel is being stopped for IP migration proceed to proceed.

Due to a hardware node level storage issue, we will be doing a maintenance on mail7. Projected downtime is 25-45 minutes.

IP migration of control panel will be done tonight. This may cause downtime of up to 6 hours. Old IP address of control panel will be available for another 4 days after IP migration is done.

web4 is up all this time. Looks like issue may be specific to this website. Can you please check if that's the correct ticket#?

As suggested before, please use SMTP auth and port 587. Let me know if still an issue.

Please PM the POP3/SMTP server set.

All users are suggested to use SMTP authentication with port 587 for SMTP to avoid blacklist check on their IPs.

Re: EMail PROBLEMS (MAIL3) JodoPulse IP is not allowed relay yet on new mail server. Do the mail3 clients have SMTP auth enabled? They can see this only if they are using old IPs (or domain resolving to old IPs for them), and not using SMTP auth. While letting them know this, please also...

mail and mail9 have been migrated. mail3,mail6, mail7 and possibly web9 will be migrated tonight. This unintended delay is due to cp scripts excessively hanging during migration process of one of the web servers.
