To point domain to your hosting provider's server you need to use their nameserevrs so just contact hosting provider and ask for nameservers that you need to use and change nameserevrs in domain control panel. If still have issue then send us ticket and mention domain name.

We are going to reboot it.

We will reboot to resolve an issue in starting of backup, there is no service outage caused to force the reboot. Reboot should be completed in 5-8 minutes from the time it is started.

The SQL service is starting back up, the server is up, we have found that this was caused by the backup process hanging abnormally and using a large amount of RAM and IO, we will be working on an alternative backup routine for this server to prevent this from happening in the future.
