Right, thanks Stephen - I guess it must be related to the Grand Move To Waco in some obscure way. Should I click the "Resolve this problem" link in the Control Panel, or would that make matters worse?

Thanks Stephen - still none the wiser - what should I do then? I register a domain via the Jodo domain service, set the Name Servers and that should be it shouldn't it? I've emailed support as suggested.

How long does it take? (By the way, they are not my issues, but issues with Web4) If past experience is anything to go by, I'm not exactly filled with confidence that it will go smoothly with no issues. If there are issues, then what? "tech support" ?
