I think emails to my domains on Win19 are getting through now.
But, a question: some are arriving dated 26 Aug etc, so does it take a few days for DNS and so on to sort itself out? Is it possible that some have just vanished into the ether?
Stephen - any chance of some help on this - nothing getting through to the Helpdesk.

None of my domains on Win19 are receiving emails - they can send them OK.
The domains show up OK , eg www.XXXX.net etc all fine. So, not a DNS issue?

Hi WebFire - my Web 4 sites are working again now, but, there may be a snag with receiving emails. I'm about to run a test by sending emails from my Gmail account to the various domains on web 4 to see if they get through.
The CP shows a very basic page for logging into but is fine once logged...

With regard to name servers, my reseller account name is yyyy.net which is registered with Jodo Domains along with 2 more domains in the same Jodo Domains account. The nameservers are all correct and yyyy.net...
Just had an email from the Helpdesk people saying the login probs should be cured, along with all the DNS snags. Sad to say, neither is true - no change from a few hours ago.
