Manoj has fixed it. Apparently the instant domain was disabled. (by whom?)

Before the move to Waco I was approached by a client re hosting their website. I set it up (on Web4) and, as the client had not at that time changed the nameservers for their domain to mine, the site was accessed via the Instant Domain Alias given in the control panel...

Christina - if it's any consolation. I have a few Joomla sites on Web 4 using MySQL8 and they are all fine, so I don't think MySQL8 may be the problem. Perhaps it's a snag more related to Web14?
