Thanks for the reply, Stephen, but we have been using 587 for a few years now. ;-) No errors so far, just the delay. The ticket has all of the code we're using for this and the link to the mail test page if it helps. -brit

Just now, I do see an error being displayed on the domain, so that is definitely a step in the right direction. It does not look like an error in any of our code, though. Is there possibly an issue with the framework version used to compile the site?

Having the same issue with mssql13 this morning. Development/testing comes to a halt waiting on this to be resolved. This is a very expensive situation for us.
