I spoke with WatchGuard and they pretty much said they had to talk with the owners of the mail servers... JODO.

My client is on my ass about this. Can someone at Jodo get in contact with www.watchguard.com and see about getting the IP removed from their service?????

Please have the techs check SPAMSCREEN with Watch Guard. We are getting indications that the IP address above is on their list. I haven't found a way to check it, but several clients using that list are being told that is why.

I put in ticket BDV-42953-862... we have a client using mail4 that has not received any tickets. He can send mail and that mail gets delivered... but nothing that is being sent to him is come through at all. I have tested this from a number of sources. Maybe the dspam is held or something...

Update... I have resolved one of the issues through permissions that the end user can control. This was not related to the security mod. The other issue with not being able to upload vie the editor in wordpress is still a problem on a number of domains. The third problem with security...

I have read this does not always work. I read that if the caching is controlled via the http headers then it will always work. I know this can be done via php, but if the page is not php, but html how can the http headers be altered? I thought perhaps via the .htaccess file? Greg
