    Web5 site loading very slowly

What does that really mean for clients on web5? I know I am on the original reseller plan and on the older servers, but are we being penalized? Or limited more than others?

    Web5 site loading very slowly

It is back to normal now... or at least feels like it. There use to be a status page where we could see utilization... but since I can't see that I can't provide any addition feedback as to what was causing the slow down. Support responded and said: The slowness stopped right after...

Help with nameserver update - Godaddy Help Here

Hey Stephen, I checked mine again (originally changed on 6/12/11) and it still has the message about the glue A records (See Below). Do I need to do something or is that on your end? Thanks, Greg

Reseller old plan vs new plan

Ok... so the plans themselves are the same price... just the additional items have higher cost. Now... if I switch up to the new plans... will I be moved off of the OLD cluster and onto the newest cluster and new hardware and windows 2008?

Reseller old plan vs new plan

I was just going through the email about the differences and I want to make sure I am reading this correct: Am I correct in this... The only downside is if: 1) You use a lot of dedicated IPs 2) You use a lot of sub-ftp accounts. 3) You had VPS's 4) You relied a lot on Catch All and...

Help with nameserver update - Godaddy Help Here

Hey Stephen, I am now seeing the following when I do the intoDNS check: I have verified GoDaddy has everything correct based on your images (thanks) and wondering if the above message is something that will go away after some time or if I need to do something else. Thanks, Greg

mail4 and possible time / clock issue

Thanks Stephen... not an emergency since it is probably the clients fault anyway... but it may be good to just verify. Thanks again.

mail4 and possible time / clock issue

This guy can't stand to put on MS updates so he may have issues due to lack of updates. I am trying to force him to at least get the critical updates and make sure he isn't so far back that he is missing one of the critical MS updates related to daylight savings. I just got an email back and...

mail4 and possible time / clock issue

I would put this in the ticket system, but it is not loading up for me at the moment. So let me post here. I have a client that is sending and receiving emailing from his Outlook client and the date sent is either showing up as an hour slow or an hour fast depending on whether it is an email...

FTP Upload failure 80% of the time

Hey Steve, WebShell gave the same problems... it worked once out of 5 times. It would ultimately timeout the upload. Download works fine... but uploads don't... again from this one ISP. Greg

FTP Upload failure 80% of the time

Hey Steve, Great idea... I'll give that a try and see if happens in webshell. At least that will change up the equation a bit. When I get a chance to do that I'll reply back. Greg

FTP Upload failure 80% of the time

Hey what do the question marks represent in the trace route? While the trace route is running (in VisualWhois software) it does seem to pause there before going on. My guess is it is due to some sort of security implementation at that hop. TraceRoute LogFor (64.187.101.31) (FROM Cox -...

FTP Upload failure 80% of the time

Yes... I have gone through all of that with support through the ticket system. I have personally taken over testing so I know the client is not involved. The ONLY ISP that it fails on is Cox and I personally still think it is Cox, but was hoping someone would see something. I am going to go...
