    I guess the question is... if other customers are bringing the server to a crawl what is done to protect the other customers? I know there will always be short term hits from time to time... but if it goes on for a while what do you normally do in this event?

    FYI: It sometimes will eventually display most of the page. Probably something hogging CPU or some process gone nuts. Waiting to hear back from ticket submission.

    Pinging does hit 173.x. Will we likely see any more issues? Or do we know why it was so slow for a brief period?

    Web5 has hit some more blips today. My customer is calling me and saying this is happening everyday. I checked and it took almost a minute to load the last page... but 5 minutes later it is loading fine again. Is there something going on now? Is it over to the new hardware yet?

    Hmmmm... I updated the ticket a while back, but my update still has NOT shown up. So my guess is no one has looked at it. Web5 is still running slow. Steve, since the ticket doesn't appear to be updating could you take a look or see what is going on please?
