What was the reason this was failing. It wasn't the connection string, because this was the connection string we used. Can some let me know why it wasn't working for this guy.

Yash, One...why would you charge $10 for that? I do get free IP's don't I? Two....isn't that my customer requires reverse dns good enough?

I just found out that jodo doesn't support reverse lookup. My user asked this question? If I have a domain that already used PTR and then I transferred it to you will it work ? Does anyone know the answer?
