Well, it happened to me. I tried to recreate the problem 2 more times but could not. Luckly only 20 email accounts and 25 or so aliases to recreate.

When turning off mail service for a sub-domain, should the mail service of the actual domain be affected?

I have been playing around with Google's Web Accelerator and found that webmail at JH will not work when accelerated. You must deactivate acceleration for the IP address of webmail, done in pefereneces settings of the tool.:)

*Bump* on the password issue. This will affect my accounts the most, along with no CP access to the mail accounts for support issues. Otherwise, the addition of a new mail client to choose from is great, choices are good.

You can delete in one step with Horde too by changing the settings within the account. :)

I don't care for the DW interface and it runs slow, checked it out a few times during the day. What about the Enduser being able to change their password without going to the CP?

I have tried the "very aggeressive" setting and it was catching good email with some spam still getting through, so changed it back to "aggressive". I depend on filtering with Spambayes on the client side to catch the spam, but I do wish it could be done better server side.

While the issue has been closed on the support ticket system, my hope is that I can still get some kind of response as to why this happened at all.

After trying again, I was able to change one of the affected accounts back to a working a alias.

I noticed that in a clients CP, that only I access, that several alias accounts have dropped their alias setting status to an account of name only with no function. Has anyone else seen this happen??( Further, I am unable to change the account back to a functional alias account!
