You can still legally get Enterprise Manager with any of the many instructional books that have a demo copy of SQL2000 on CD(s) with the book. These books should now be drastically reduced in price at your local book store or try Amazon.com.

I sent a reply to a ticket on 8 Nov using the web based GUI, it did not arrive until 11 Nov.?(
I must note that resent the reply on the 10th using email and it arrived right away.
Is this same problem being experienced with anonymous support for resellers?

The email address listed for my main JH account profile is a "Pay" yahoo account. I have sent and received several JH emails today with no problem. Is the problem your having using free yahoo accounts?
Assuming your site was working before, why would you take a working site and make that kind of change without testing it first on a dev box, or at least check out your changes in a seperate directory or sub-domain, while live on a production server?

I just emailed in a "new" ticket and it showed up in an old ticket ( #ZVD-46300-188 ) . I created a new ticket within Cerberus and the new ticket has not shown up. I guess the delay issue has not be resolved.

If that being the case in Outlook you see this:
From: The xxxxxxxx Company [[email protected]]; on behalf of; xxxxxxxx[[email protected]]
I tested this and if using Outlook it shows it coming from Gmail on behalf of the email account added in settings, so that really is only a half solution, although still better than not doiing it at all.:)
I have a few clients that like to store major amounts of email on the server. For these people I have them get a Gmail account and have all mail forwarded there from their domain account mailbox, with the domain mailbox set to not receive any mail. Then they can store all their email at Gmail...
