Just a moment ago I uploaded a bunch of small files (1kb) and they max out at 7-8 kb/s but every other upload stalls for 5-20 sec. When I upload larger files they average at around 7kb/s but the speed varies erratically between 20kb/s and 0kb/s. I am running xp sp2 with no other firewall...

I'm also getting slow ftp speeds. I'm on win11. I get around 6-7 kb/s uploading and 50-60kb/s downloading. I've tried both active and passive mode, flashxp and ftp.exe but I get the same speeds. When I ftp to other servers I get much faster speeds.
