Up on successful completion DBMS_REPCAT.ADD_NEW_MASTERS
returns value of masterdef_flashback_scn and updates FLASHBACK_SCN
field of view DBA_REPEXTENSIONS...
All three database are ASM and flashback logging enabled in RHEL 3 environment
